Daycare Staff
At Amazing Grace Daycare, the staff is committed to helping children reach their full potential and they will be loved unconditionally. The children will learn from both Bible lessons and through their teacher's example that Jesus loves them and will guide and direct their young lives. In this setting, each child's God-given gifts and abilities will be fostered through inquiry, exploration, experimentation, and expression.

Director
Jennifer Duenwald
Jennifer has been at Amazing Grace Daycare since 2019, and has been working in childcare for over 25 years. Jennifer is originally from Washington State, and moved to Clark with her husband. They have two children together, and two big dogs and one sassy cat. Between Amazing Grace and her husband's family business, Jen spends her time in one form of chaos or another. Her childcare philosophy is that learning us best fostered by creating a place of safety and play through connection. She believes that every child deserves to know that they are inherently loved, and that engaging their curiosity will open up doors they never knew existed.
Co-Director
Emma Vig
Emma has been in the business of childcare and administration for 7+ years. She is currently the full time administrative assistant at our local elementary school. She loves to build community and impact children's lives. She continues to manage the "back office" of Amazing Grace Daycare and is a valued member of our team. She has two daughters with her husband, and they live on a farm north of Clark with their dogs and cats and chickens. In her spare time, Emma loves spend time outside, tend to her garden and create meals infused with love and devotion. A creative heart, Emma pours her love into everything she creates- from quilts to daily announcements.

Infant Room Lead
Kathy R.
Kathy has been with Amazing Grace Daycare since 2020 and is truly our baby-whisperer. She leads our infant room with care and compassion that cannot be matched anywhere.
Kitchen and Preschool Room
Cindy C.
Cindy joined our team in 2022 and has been making an impact in everything she does. Currently, she heads up our kitchen and is our official morning maven. Cindy has an amazing heart for kids, and she loves to spend time in the classrooms whenever she can.
Toddler Room
Amy C.
Amy has been with Amazing Grace Daycare since 2020 and has taken the toddler room from chaos to calm. She is a steady comfort to our one to three year olds, and they adore her.
Preschool and Toddler Rooms
Kylie L.
Kylie joined the team in 2024, and she is one of our steady preschool room teachers. She is learning more about child development more every day and eagerly puts that knowledge to practice.
Infant and Toddler Room
Katy H.
Katy joined the Amazing Grace Daycare team in 2025 and helps in the classrooms in between her other commitments. She works at Spectrum Matters in Watertown, helping to provide ABA therapies, she is in the National Guards, and she is finishing her degree online.

Jen B.
Jen B joined the team in 2025 because, after a few years out of the Early Childhood Education game, she needed some toddler time. She brings years of experience and expertise in early childhood education.

Annie has been at Amazing Grace since the very conception. She previously owned and operated Little Explorers Daycare, and has been an instrumental part of the team and community since 2019.
